We ship directly from our production house in the European Union, and delivery to the USA typically takes 5–10 business days.

Is the personalization printed or embroidered?

The design and personalization are applied using high-quality sublimation printing technique, ensuring vibrant colors that won’t fade.

Will the colors on the collar match what I see on my screen?

We do our best to ensure accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

What if I order the wrong size? Can I exchange it?

Since the collar is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or product arrives not as described. Please double-check the sizing guide before placing your order.

Can I choose a different font or add a special character to the name?

The font and design elements are fixed to match the theme of the collar. Unfortunately, special characters are not supported at this time.
